It's the perfect replacement for old, worn-out patio doors, with a 70mm frame depth that requires less plaster and remedial work during installation. Where there's limited space, the door slides to one side instead of opening out into your living space. There is also an option of a midrail than can incorporate a letterbox, making this new patio door ideal for porches.

Made from high impact PVCu, the robust framework has fully welded joints with a steel reinforced outer frame and sash. Additional security is achieved with an advanced multi-hook locking system, built into a one-piece keep. Internal beading, an internally sliding door and anti-lift devices further strengthen this - these features mean that neither the glass or door can be removed from the outside by an opportunistic thief.
Smooth operation with durable steel rollers and track. Precise weatherproof sealing and 24mm double-glazed units provide excellent thermal and acoustic barriers against the wind, rain and external noise. And, whilst being functional, it is also attractive, with slimline bevels and sculptured ovular beading combining to give the kind of aesthetic appeal you'd expect from such a high quality product.
Options
Options include a midrail that can incorporate a letterbox and a choice of 2, 3 or 4 panel configurations in white.

Characteristics
70mm depth allows for the replacement of traditional 3" timber frames without excessive remedial work. Security-conscious design including inside sliding door, fully welded and internally beaded as standard. Cost-effective solution to door and sidescreens.
Appearance
Available in white, mahogany (on brown), mahogany (on white) and golden oak (on caramel). Available with ogee bead and slimline black gaskets and bevelled frame and sashes for stylish appearance. Slimline beads maximise glass area and light entry whilst base drainage eliminates the need for unsightly front slots.
Locking System
Comprises four concealed hooks built into a one-piece keep that cannot be locked whilst open. Anti-lift devices to prevent door being forcefully removed from frame. Anti-slam device (stopping door being locked whilst open) and buffers prevent damage to door. Strong aluminium interlock prevents panels from being levered apart.
Sliding Door Mechanism
Door slides to inside of patio for excellent security. Steel tandem rollers and wheels on stainless steel tracking with maximum weight capacity of 60kg.
Steel Reinforcement
Steel outer frame, interlock, bottom rail of slider and lock reinforcement.
Glazing
Internally glazed as standard and accepts 24mm glass units only. Co-extruded black gasket on bead and frame to eliminate shrinkage and improve weathering.
Handles
Choice of white or gold aluminium 'D' handles.
Options
Letterplates in dedicated midrail on fixed pane. Slot vents fixed to head of frames in central position. 3 and 4 pane options available in white only.
