8. Interlock
A strong aluminium interlock prevents the panels from being levered apart.
9. 24mm double-glazing
The Premier T70 patio holds 24mm double-glazing units offering a generous 16mm
air-gap to improve thermal and noise insulation as well as combating condensation.
10. Steel reinforcement
Premier T70 patios are fully reinforced as standard. As well as giving extra strength in load-bearing situations, the steel reinforcement stop
s any expansion or contraction problems that may otherwise occur in the future. All Premier T70 woodgrain products come fully reinforced as standard.
11. Corrosion resistant fixings
As with all hardware on the Premier T70 patio, even the fixings are guaranteed against corrosion for a full 10 years.
The screws are tested for 500 hours in a salt spray chamber to ensure their quality. This is 7 times longer than the
requirements for BS 7412 - the British Standard for PVCu window construction.
12. Weatherproof gasket
The Premier T70 inline patio comes with a co-extruded twin glazing gasket
designed to prevent shrinkage, improve weatherability and good looks.
13. Ornate beading
The Premier T70 patio features an attractive, internal beading,
shaped to replicate traditional wooden finishes. The sculptured,
ovular design looks especially good in mahogany or golden oak
woodgrain effect.
14. Bevelled sash
The external appearance of the patio has
been designed with an attractive bevel to
improve the slim look of the frame.
